Just plain bad... I'll leave it at that.

Nose is on point, roasted agave, not overpowering. I’m getting some kind of banana sugar thing going on, it’s too bad because it’s wrestling with the agave that’s fighting to get out. Finish profiles agave forward, disappears quite fast, it’s my favourite part. Modern style, I’m sure it will find its followers.

I can’t get anything on the nose here, aroma is lacking and disappointing. Flavor is similarly faint, with some slight vanilla cookie dough. Finish is underwhelming. In summary: this will disappoint a tequila aficionado, but newbies may appreciate the lack of aroma and flavor.

Faint nose, fruity, floral aromas with light mouthfeel, slight soapy, maybe minty flavor.

Lime, butter, alcohol, cooked agave, cream soda, tropical fruits, nuts, herbal.

I can't get anything good out of this one. All I smell and taste is Alcohol. I can't get any agave or taste it either. I would give it another try if is free but won't buy it again.

REDUCED RATING- I dropped my rating somewhat after re-tasting a number of times. Los altos and valle agaves are mixed to give fruity, light anise, earthy and slight herbal notes. Some alcohol bouncing around on nose and taste. This is a celebrity brand of sorts, but it might be one of the better ones out right now... still not saying much

Aroma: Vanilla is strong; light cooked agave Palate: vanilla, alcohol Finish: Little heat, vanilla again, short Vanilla in a blanco is not good. It’s very prominent. Tastes like additives.

To me one of the better celebrity tequilas. Nose: roasted agave, banana, and some Smokey white pepper. Taste: cooked agave, clear notes of lemongrass, and banana peel. Finish: very subtle, it mostly a blend of agave and fresh cut grass

Villa One blanco ($35 @ Sip Tequila) is reasonably priced, but is beset with artificial caramel and vanilla flavors. A disappointment for real tequila lovers.

Hint of peppercorn and vanilla on the nose, super agave forward with a pretty simple finish.

Very artificial taste.

The biggest compliment is that it is a clean tasting tequila. There are no negative notes, but no exceptional ones either. For good or ill, a very simple tequila.
