“This is one of the tequilas that got me into tequila. If you’re looking for a smooth, spicy and very good pour this is one. But it’s expensive and has sugar viscosity on the palate. Muted, maybe simple, on the nose. Very peppery and spicy in a great way and a wonderful long finish - albeit not that complex. 10/10 entry level extra anejo. I’ll always have this on my shelf. But it’s not your sophisticated cousin like Ocho or El Tesoro, rather your slutty sister in law!! Note… all extra anejo loses points for being overpriced!! ”
