“Aroma: Agave Lite, mineral/rocky, no bloom, flat. Flavor: Mineral heavy, it’s no cactus candy that’ll make you gitty. More Hay or straw than grassy and green. Peppery and not complex. Finish: Short and slightly astringent, no coating or long mouthfeel, warm in the throat but not harsh Notes: If your Blanco isn’t stellar, then the rest can’t be either so I can’t even try their repos, añejos, etc.”

Yeyo Blanco

“I definitely know why they call it Yeyo, because it leaves your tongue numb. Not harshly so but similar to Szechuan peppers, which has that same floral Szechuan pepper note and juicy. The finish isn’t oily like Fortaleza nor is the finish lingering but it is still enjoyable and juicy with a quick slight numbing finish.”
