“Nose is peppery. Color is lighter showing little bbl color impact. First sip is sweet and rich, mouthfeel very viscous. If this is the impact from tahona crushing, I’m a fan. Agave sweetness is very present. Subtle pepper flavor is out front. Though this is rich, the balance of agave sugar and pepper are wonderful. This is a great bottle for the price! ”
