Nose: Yeast, Raisin, Floral, Anise, Cinnamon, Mint, Green Apple, Vegetal Mouthfeel: light-bodied, Palate: Cinnamon, Smoke, Black Pepper Finish: Cherry, Almond, Toffee, Clove, Cinnamon This Añejo is very rich. The body is light, but the flavor is far from it. I get lots of dried fruit, nutty, and spice notes in this one. The finish is very impressive, long and full of character.

Mexican 40% abv. version, lote: BUANE23129, bottled on 12-06-2024, tasted on 9-17-24. Color: yellow to light yellow. Aroma: cooked agave with a hint of sweetness, light resinous sweetness, hint of earthiness, light acidity, hint of citrus, hint of sourness, light wood note, light pepper spiciness. Palate: confirms aromas perceived, good sweet sour and citrus balance, wood note is slightly more noticeable on the palate but doesn’t bother. Medium to medium full bodied. Light vanilla note. Light soapy aromas that are floral notes through my retronasal. Finish is medium to medium long, light sweet cooked agave, light vanilla, light citrus with light wood note persists.
