Aromas: light cooked agave, light briny sensation that dissipates, light sourness, light acidity, light citrus, wet earth, hint of anise. Palate: confirms aromas perceived, hint of black pepper, agave note is sweeter on the palate. Good sweet & sour balance. Finish is medium to almost medium long, hint of sweet cooked agave, light earthiness, light citrus, hint of sourness with a hint of resinous sweetness persists.

Great legs. Balanced aroma of pear, cooked agave, pepper. Flavour of fresh pepper, agave. But the amazing thing about this tequila is the finish, which is pepper and citrus and just insanely long; over a minute. Love it.
