Mexican 38% abv. version, marbete is from year aprox. 2005, tasted on 7-12-25. Color: light brown to brown. Aroma: light cooked agave, light caramel, light wood note, light acidity, wood note becomes more noticeable as time goes by. Palate: confirms aromas perceived, hint of fruitiness, wood note is also slightly dominating on the palate, hint of soapy aroma through my retronasal. Finish is medium to medium long, light cooked agave, hint of fruitiness with slightly dominating wood note persists.

Bought a bottle from a great guy (small vendor) on a beach in Playa Maya, and so happy so did! Wish I could find it stateside because I’m about to run out! Really smooth and great agave flavors!

Haven’t seen it anywhere near me. Or, in the states, that I’m aware of.
