Light cinnamon, spice and vanilla. Finish well.

Oak, agave, earth, cinnamon, slight bitterness from the barrel.

Aroma: very friendly attack of alcohol, banana and baking spices & agave, nothing complex. Flavor: sits nice at the beginning with notes of agave, an amazing start of sweet natural flavors: banana, vanilla, caramel & baking spices (banana bread ingredients), but once again the finish was not what I expected. Musty, leather & oaky flavors are present. Better than blanco. Reason why scored it low, it has a brine/olive oil/bitter finish with a short end.

Caramel, vanilla aroma. Cinnamon flavor, smooth, great agave, slightly smoky. Great finish.

A bit sweeter than the Blanco on the nose, with some dried fruits on the nose. However, the nose is sweeter than the actual taste. Can definitely taste the barrel influence.

Nose: Fresh Flowers Taste: Oak I wanted to try since I've had Codigo from NOM 1500 and wanted to compare. I loved it
