“I let this air out for about 20 minutes. First smell seemed more alcohol forward. So I let it breathe. Nose is white oak, sweet agave, some honey. Taste: sweet, white pepper, cinnamon, banana, oak, slightly minerally, cooked agave. Finish is smooth. Has some heat, but as you breathe out, it’s sweet and oak just take over. Very pleasant & excellent sipper. ”
