Tried at Bar Fello in Atotonilco Jalisco 9/10/24. Nose is stong alcohol and cream but the taste is soft and great. Very agave forward with pepper and citrus. Try it if you see it.

This profile has a basic framework, would love to try it at a higher proof (at least 40-45%) Such a clean and crisp flavors with a bit of bitterness Not overly complex, but a good option in Los Altos de Jalisco

Lote: LB040H108G102, bottled on 18-04-2023, tasted on 10-6-23. Aroma: slightly sweet cooked agave, light anise, slightly earthy, light pepper spiciness, clean & crisp, although aromatic but subtle. Palate: confirms aromas perceived, good sweet & sour balance. Finish is short to medium, slightly sweet cooked agave with light pepper spiciness persists.
