As we begin a new month, we like to recap the bottles we poured on repeat from the month before.
Aromas of dried fruit, cherry, raisin, hazelnut, and butter. Quite nice aroma, actually. Flavors of barrel spice, peach, butter and assorted roasted nuts. It's got a LONG long finish, which is enjoyable, but I just wish there was more agave here. The barrel notes are a little too dominant, but it's still an excellent spirit.
