Olive and floral on the nose. Not a complex nose. The palate is sweet and really pops. Olive but light. Thin viscosity.

pepper-heavy profile. agave, minerals, light citrus. enjoyable and well made but not a standout for me, as is hoped. subtle nose. palate is solid. prickly hot finish.

On the Nose seems very light I do get cooked agave with a little funk showing up. On the palate Cooked agave Right away front and center followed by Cinnamon, black pepper with just a touch of that funkiness that was present on the nose. Take your time on this one and enjoy Batch 2

Lote VBHP/25 Bottle 578/656 Nose: very vegetal, Spicey, buttery In the glass the presentation has beautiful tears n legs. Mouth: silky, spice, hot pepper, nice mouth coating, heat in the back but not overpowering. The 94 proof shows nicely. Leaves a clean herbal aftertaste on a short linger. The agave is a tart/sweet/and vegetal blend. Straight to the point. Real nice. Cheers

Another winner from Valor. The nose is subtle but has a little funkiness and nuttiness. The body has a ton of cooked agave and the finish is great.

This one’s straight-up Valley tequila through and through. Cooked agave front and center with some citrus, a little salt, and that earthy backbone you expect from Los Valles. The 47 ABV hits perfect — gives you that extra flavor and texture without being hot or heavy. Nose: Bright agave, lime peel, light spice, hint of wet stone. Palate: Rich agave sweetness, pepper, a touch of brine, and clean minerality. Finish: Long, dry, and balanced. Great neat or in a solid cocktail.

Tried this one at Good Juice in Austin, Texas. It has a bold, high-proof tequila that amplifies the cooked agave with real depth and intensity. On the nose I picked up cooked agave, caramelized notes, honey, and orange peel. On the pallet it was sweet at first, then earthy, herbal, and spicy with a long finish of cinnamon and lemon.
