Aroma: Toffee leads the nose with subtle floral notes and a touch of honey. Flavor: The palate opens with light sweetness but ultimately falls flat for me. I was hoping for a little more depth. Finish: Short. A touch of pepper appears before fading into a lingering sweetness. Overall: The nose showed some promise with its toffee, honey, and floral aromas, but the palate lacked the complexity and character I look for in a reposado. The short finish and lingering sweetness left me wanting more.

the aroma is very pleasant as I took in the sweetness of toffee , vanilla , and butterscotch, along with floral undertones. my palate noticed the silky creamy vanilla , toasted coconut, and caramel. with light notes of baking spices , such as cinnamon and clove. it's finish is subtle as an exceptional, smooth sipper comparable to high-end dessert-style tequilas I found it to be short to mid finish could be used as a mixer but it's much nicer for a after dinner sipper instead of that heavy cheese cake. since it gives you that dessert style tequila

Cayeya Reposado The nose opens with minerality, earthy notes, fermentation character, and a touch of cinnamon sugar. There is plenty happening in the glass, with the agave and natural character of the tequila remaining front and center. On the palate, baking spice, cinnamon, pepper, and agave sweetness come together over a slightly thicker, oily texture. The barrel influence is noticeable but remains balanced, adding oak and structure without overwhelming the tequila itself. The finish is warm and easy-going with lingering fermentation notes and a touch of oak that stays present without becoming heavy. The overall profile remains agave-forward while benefiting from the added complexity of barrel aging. A flavorful reposado that balances earthiness, spice, texture, and agave character while staying true to its roots
