Mexican 38% abv. version, lote: 1340-2517B, marbete is from aprox. year 2000, doesn’t state 100% agave on the labels, tasted on 10-6-24. Aroma: cooked agave with a hint of sweetness, hint of raw agave, light acidity, herbaceous, mineral, whiff of citrus. Palate: confirms aromas perceived, ends a tad bitter. Finish is medium to medium long, light cooked agave, light herbaceous & mineral aromas persist.
