Not bad. Although I found it oaky and a little thin, it's still a decent sipper that goes well after a steak dinner with a cigar. This is from the limited 1st release.
Aroma; smoke, agave, papaya, citrus, eucalyptus, peppermint. Palate; smoke, sweet agave, black pepper, mint. Finish is medium , Smokey and peppery
Bottle 976/1000. I think from 2018. Annoying wax dip. Nose- Agave, earth, moist oak, mineral water. Very unique. Taste- Sweet anise (licorice?), caramelized agave, smoke, black pepper. Again unique but not my jam. Finish- short, sweet, and a touch of peppery heat.
Caramel, woodsy, cinnamon, an excellent sipper with a little kick

Aroma has a combination of vanilla and fruit sweetness along with wet cement. Maybe slight note of cooked agave but not much. Flavor opens with peppery spice and pretty much remains on that one note. Surprisingly, none of the sweetness of the aroma shows up. Finish is short with a slight candied almond close. Not that many jovens out there and this is probably in the upper half of the ones I’ve tried. But, nothing special here. 2026-04-18
