First I get Alcohol with notes of white pepper and citrus but the alcohol dissipates rather quickly and it opens up nicely. Taste of agave, pepper with mineral notes and citrus, cinnamon and clove. Finish is medium to long, the agave lingers with some heat. Good balance of flavors!
I think this is the best tequila they’ve ever made. It has everything I love. Lots of depth and complexity, oily mouthfeel, long pleasant finish full of roasted agave. Just awesome.
