AMM Blind Tasting: Nose of butterscotch, cola, brown sugar and cherry with hints of sweet baking spices and cooked agave. It’s an easy sipper with notes of caramel and more of the butterscotch and cola. A bit of a funky finish. Overall pretty good.
Very heavy bourbon influence. To me, it drinks more like a bourbon than a Anejo
AMM Blind. Aroma is cooked agave, caramel and light vanilla elegance. Flavor adds oak and a little Anise. The finish is sharp and sweet, but not sugary. Excellent.
Nice aroma of dried fruit, barrel spices and agave. Flavor is super-spicy, but not complex. It’s a bit thin on the back end. Overall, easy to sip.
Heavy oak & barrel spice with agave still present on the nose. Flavor is good but on the lighter side with less agave being present, more barrel influence. Medium finish.
TMM/AMM XA Blinds Dec 2025 #1 this is light in color; the 3rd lightest of the 10 expressions. nose: barrel spice, pear? brandy? something herbal - Cardamom? Grapa? palate: barrel spice agave cardamom Finish: dry and short
Straw color this has some funk on the nose along with some medicinal alcohol and roast agave. Thin legs but a nice mouthfeel presents on sipping as the medicinal nose is brought forward. Some tongue buzz and a nice finish round out this offering.
Tasted blind with AMM: Aroma of dried fruit like raisins. Flavors follow with more dried fruit, clove, and almond. A nice medium spicy tingle with a pleasant creamy almond finish.
