Sample from Tequila Diva. Alcohol, bitterness, and cinnamon on the nose. Artificial taste of cinnamon and almond on the palate and a pretty rough finish. The whole experience seemed to lack a lot of actual Agave.
sample from tequila.diva. Oak changes the Blanco profile a bit but this is not good. Somehow this is hotter in the mouth than the Blanco but has a much harsher finish and still the overall bitterness. I know details say part roller mill but damned if I taste that part.
Sample from tequila.diva this has a fair nose with some agave but the flavor and finish are bad with bitter notes all through the tasting.
it's alcohol forward on the nose with sweet vanilla and caramel flavor. there is a weird aftertaste like dish detergent. not my favorite profile.
tried this blind and then revisited. my notes: neck pour nose = yeast, strong alcohol, some fruit and white pepper. after almost an hour, there was still an alcohol presence. taste was not my profile. weird aftertaste. color had a yellowish tint?!?! I revisited a week later. it had settled a bit. not as alcohol forward, but a strange flavor. I believe it might be from the diffuser???
I got a lot of alcohol and bitter fruit notes. The nose was rough, but it seemed like it only hot worse on the palate and finish.
