Nothing wrong with this barrel rested blanco. Long slow tears in the glass & oily mouth feel. Lots of cooked agave, some vegetal, pepper, slight cinnamon, vanilla & citrus aromas and flavors. Tasted in Maestros Del Agave class.

Aromas está el agave, minerales, grama, cítrico en el paladar es similar y un poco picoso

• Visual: Good viscosity, slow cascade. Clear w/ clear medium edge. • Initial Nasal Impact: Warming w/ slight prickle. • Aroma: Alcohol, cooked agave, citrus, vanilla. • Mouthfeel: Oily w/ generous alcohol. • Flavor: Alcohol, vanilla, mineral, dried pineapple. • Finish: Long w/ alcohol, light vanilla and dried pineapple

A complex nose with cooked agave, both citrus and vegetal slight cinnamon and minerality. It is very similar on the palate with a very slight ethanol taste.
