Blind tasting via AMM: I get cinnamon Red Hots on the aroma and flavor, with additional flavors of agave and anise. Nice medium finish. Pricey.
Earthy on the nose with some florals in the mix. There’s a general sweetness on the palate with some citrus pith, lime, peppers, earthy notes, green apple skin, and flower petals. There’s an interplay between sweet in bitter, but the balance is off for me. Leans a bit too far bitter on the finish.
AMM Blinds march 2026 #8 nose- muted hay, anise, fruit some alcohol palate - alcohol carries thru with some sweet agave and chocolate note: i want to revisit as i learned my palate may have been off due to a sinus infection
I wish I could give points for sustainability, but that's not an option. But this tequila is quite nice. Vegetal, spicy, and full of cinnamon. There's a tiny hint of fermentation funk in the aroma that I like, and the finish has a natural sweetness to it.
