This is a nice easy blanco to sip, cooked agave and vegetal notes. Nothing complex but easy sipper and great budget price.
Sampled at Binny’s All Things Agave, June 2026. High value points at around $36. Soft profile, not complex. But not offensive either. Much better than the mezcal.
Glad to see these guys coming out with something additive free and made well. Horno/autoclave blend, wild fermentation and second distillation in copper. Lots of non experienced tequila drinkers are going to go for this and that’s a good thing. It’s a solid blanco.
