“So I’m a novice at this...but am told I’m a “super taster”. The aroma of vegetal, fresh cut grass is immediate, with a hint of honeydew and citrus that lingers reminiscent of a long summer picnic. Perhaps the Champagne yeast during its fermentation process has something to do with the hint of crisp summer citrus fruit.”
