Pasote Reposado
“Mineral nose is mellowed out from aging. Flavor is similarly mellowed with slight hints of baking spices and pepper. Finish is brief and very slightly warming. All the character from the Blanco is very apparent, but is subdued.”

Codigo 1530 Rosa
“Nose is mellow and slightly floral. Flavor is a balanced combination of agave, flowers and citrus, with a Cabernet-esque dryness to its finish. Very unique and enjoyable.”

Pasote Blanco
“Nose is a wonderfully balanced mixture of mineral and rainwater. Characteristic to this tequila is that unique but unmistakable smell in the air before it rains. Flavor is similarly balanced and earthy/stony. Rainwater flavor is expressed further throughout the somewhat brief finish. One of my all time favorites.”

Casamigos Tequila Blanco
“Sweet and mineral nose. Very sweet and light flavor, with a relatively lengthy finish that explores various sweet, baking spice, sort of notes. Somewhat pricey (and at this point, undoubtedly overrated by some) but nonetheless an enjoyable, inoffensive product. ”

Don Sergio Tequila Blanco
“Nose is mineral and earthy, slightly ethanol-y. Taste is exceptionally mineral, almost salty. Finish is drawn out but no new flavors are really distinguishable, likely owing to the wide range of agaves blended together here. A good, modest choice, but one sip will not blow your mind whatsoever.”

Cuervo Tradicional Blanco
“Unpleasantly sweet, acrid nose- canned green beans, almost- green beans also noticeable in the taste but mellows out to a relatively characterless finish. This is a cocktail-only sort of tequila.”
