A subdued nose to start. There’s green tea, kiwi, guava, anise, florals(bordering on soapy), and detergent sheets but nice. On the palate there’s citrus pith, lemon, bay leaf, intense florals, clay, green tea, and underripe pineapple. The finish is good, although slightly bitter on the tail end. This is a solid blanco, although not my preferred style. It leans too far into the florals and bitter citrus for my palate.

I’m really into this one. It has complexity and depth, with aromas of cinnamon, hay, minerals, mushrooms, grapefruit, and a teeny tiny bit of lactic funk as a base. This is fun. Flavor is cooked agave, hay, and olive that continues on the finish. Nicely done.

This was a sample from Christine H (Tequila Diva). Anise, pepper, agave, and maybe some yeast on the nose. On the better side of good. Flavor isn’t bad. Very easy to drink but nothing is really jumping out flavor wise. Light agave, vegetal, minerals. pretty thin feel. Props on a very easy sipper. The finish is light, not as much bite as I like. I like my tequila to remind me to be careful. I could drink this way too quickly just trying to define it. Not sure how much it goes for but I like their concept and would recommend this to someone who’s been done wrong in the past and needs an easy going re-entry into Tequila.

Some agave sweetness and a fizzy element that lingers on the sides of the tongue. Interesting

The tahona crushed agaves brings an incredible minerality to this tequila. It’s complex yet approachable for any palate. At the price point, it will be the next Fortaleza.

AMM Blinds march 2026 # 3 beer/yeast/hay, licorice, sweet agave, pepper and chocolate short finish rated 83 pts in blinds. previously rated 86 pts. split the difference Doce Casas Blanco Certified Organic & Additive-free Single-Estate NOM 1634 This is a tequila born from the stars - celestial stars that is! This is not a celebrity tequila. In full disclosure this bottle was gifted to me from Valerie Saucedo, owner Doce Casas Tasting Notes: (I let it sit 30 mins to open) Nose: is complex. Keeps u going in for more. Yeast/beer, something very unique here. Can't quite identify it. Vegetal brine pepper grass agave fruit floral. Palate: some cooked agave, sweet but not too sweet. Not as vegetal/yeasty as the nose. Not as complex as the nose. Fizzy mouthfeel, a little funk/cheese but not too much Finish: first sip was long with heat loved it. Next few sips finish weren't as a long Overall: I enjoyed this. It's a good sipper. The nose makes u want to go back for more. My husband said this is a sniffer tequila for sure (whatever that means LOL) Rating is based on average value because I don't know the cost split the difference

Aroma is vegetal, herbal, and mineral—of the earth. Flavor isn’t as green as the aroma, here I pick up very sweet agave, brine, and white pepper. It combines as a unique profile. This has a creamy mouth with long legs clinging to the glass. The bottle packaging is top notch too! My first glass the earthy aromas didn’t land as good as the flavor, but now that I’m returning to it and feel it has opened up a bit—I’m raising my score. Blind tasting via AMM: Aromas of plums and fresh rain. Bitter grapefruit rind and pepper flavor. It’s got a creamy mouthfeel and a nice peppery finish. 86

Heavy vegetal nose, sweet on the very beginning but switches to brine on the finish. Not my profile but a decent product

Un tequila blanco fresco y vibrante que resalta el sabor auténtico del agave. Presenta notas herbales, cítricos y un toque mineral. En boca es suave y balanceado, con un final limpio y persistente.

Lot: L10B40DCA-001, agave origin is from Las Liebres, Guanajuato, tasted on 9-8-24. Aroma: raw agave, briny, raw green vegetal notes, quite mineral. Palate: confirms aromas perceived, thick mouthfeel, oily, hint of fermenting agave juice through my retronasal. Quite mineral. Finish is medium to medium long, light raw briny agave with green vegetal & mineral notes persist.
