Glass: Glencairn Nose: Minerality, citrus, Honeysuckle, cooked agave Palate: Fruity, floral, spearmint Finish: Floral, pepper, fruity, citrus, spearmint Final Notes: There’s a distinct chalky minerality throughout, reminiscent of the smell of a chlorinated pool—that chlorine-mineral combination. This one brought that out in a memorable way. This morphs from mineral dominate nose to fruity, floral finish. I'm definitely enjoying what 1414 is doing with the Tahona.
