This was on sale at the store and one I'm not familiar with from Guanajuato. Aroma of cooked agave, herbal, mineral and alcohol. Flavor wasn't what I first expected with black pepper, vegetal, minerals and finally some cooked agave. The finish didn't last long.
Interesting product from Guanajuato and a relatively new distillery for which I’ve rated privately the other tequila produced here, Real del Valle.
