Tasted Blind. Aroma was vegetal salinity with cola fizz. Easy going black pepper flavor with a little heat. More pepper and bottle caps candy in the finish. This is an easy starter Tequila to get someone interested
Blind tasting via AMM: Sweet agave and fruity plums on the aroma. Flavors of agave, citrus rind, and pepper. Mouthfeel is very creamy—a little too much for my preference.
Presents sweet & fruity on the nose with apple, grape, citrus marmalade, pepper, overripe agave, and a lactic punch. Big kiwi opening on the palate with more of the fruits detected on the nose - apple, grape, strawberry, and citrus candy. Throw some basil & rosemary on top of your fruity bouquet, quite complex this one. There is a nice peppery base here that carries through to the finish with that delicious lactic component that I’m a sucker for; somewhere between Greek yogurt and blue cheese.

This is a fun one to drink. There's some fermentation funk that really works well with everything else on top of it. I'm talking grapes, dried fruit, melon, baking spices, and butter. Flavor is especially nice. More dried fruit, cinnamon, vanilla, and butter. It's got a dry finish, almost tannin-like, with a medium+ body and finish. There's a delicate and subtle balance between all of these aromas and flavors, which I'm sure was painstakingly intentional.
Blind tasting with AMM: This was a solid, well balanced blanco with a slightly savory edge and a clean, mineral-driven profile. On the nose, cooked agave leads the way, followed by black pepper and a vegetal backbone. Citrus adds some brightness, while brine and minerals give it a subtle savory, coastal feel. On the palate, the cooked agave carries through clearly, supported by black pepper and vegetal notes. The brine becomes a bit more noticeable here, adding a nice salty contrast, while the minerality gives it structure and a clean, grounded character. The finish is medium in length, leaving behind a balanced mix of agave, pepper, and light salinity. Overall, this is a straightforward but enjoyable blanco with a nice balance of brightness and savory notes, making it an easy and satisfying sip.
