As a giant fan of Cambio, I’ve been incredibly fortunate to be able to taste this at length. The combination of flavors and balance gives it considerably more character than would be expected for a blanco in its price range and the quality far exceeds its intended purpose. Although I imagine it would be stellar in a cocktail, I’ve really enjoyed sipping it neat. If you find it, try it.
