So different it’s very good. Love the smell and I got a lot of pepper, agave and dried fruit. Definitely a must have

Nose: Sweet ripe fruit aromas, both dark and light fruits, with a zingy sharp note. Jammy ripe dark fruit, maybe cherries? And aromas of fallen apples and pears in the orchard, starting to ferment on the ground. Vanilla, allspice and powdered ginger. A very intriguing combination. Flavors: Spice and heat blaze out of the starting gate: cinnamon, pepper, ginger and ethanol. (48% ABV). Some rum flavors, dark raisins and tannins on the back palate. The kicky spices and slight bitterness do not overwhelm the fruit and agave found in the aromas. I certainly don’t hate this - it is just a very assertive profile. Finish: A bit of astringency. On tasting a second time a few weeks later - all the aromas and flavors aligned in a more attractive fashion. I bumped the score a point or two.

Great and pleasant aroma. Woody and first, then molasses and butterscotch. Really good aroma at first. Then evolves into maple and vanilla. Taste is awesome!! Great spicy explosion upfront of the tongue, with great character. Great and sweet proof for my. One of my favorites!!

Really interesting nose, agave up front and then earthy/mossy on the back end, it strangely feels right at home. Same kind of theme with the flavour, earthy and minty without ever losing its agave personality. It’s an interesting collaboration, not blowing my skirt up but fun to sip on.

LOT 8ASB-JAM2017. Bottled on 03/07/2019. Color: very pale yellow. Nose: light sweet cooked agave, wood spiciness, menthol, earthiness. Palate: sweet cooked agave, sweet camphor wood spice, resinous, fresh, citrus, earthy. Finish is medium, sweet cooked agave with a touch of wood spice persists.

Herbacious

Grassy kind of Hay smell with a back of agave, super herby and sweet, but not like a kind of sugar sweet. Really smooth finish!

Apparently the flavour of Jamaican casks is stronger than I would have expected, that's a very unique tasting tequila. Ooo wee!

2017. 700ml bottle. Less sweet than the Barbados cask finish

Nose is delicate, some dried fruit and honey with agave lingering behind the character given from the barrelling.

Rum aroma, tropical, fruit like scent.

Lots of cherries and vanilla on the nose Smooth finish, similar to a clasa azul reposado Finish is long and smooth

Plantain aroma. Very spicy and peppery. Clean finish. Rum aftertaste
