“If you like your whisky then this Anejo will be right up your street. You immediately pick up vanilla and banana notes on the nose. However, the Agave is definitely there as well and there is no denying it’s a tequila. The second you sip it you can taste the sweeter notes taken on by the ageing, but they aren’t over powering. The Agave comes through nicely and there is an oaky almost dry finish, which makes you want more straight away! It is different to other Anejos I drink and dare I say it’s my favourite?!”

“I don’t usually go for lowland peppery Blancos, but I can happily drink this tequila all night. You very much know you’re about to drink a tequila the second it hits the nose and there is no denying the Agave taste and peppery finish. It is surprisingly clean though so can happily sip this straight. It does make a mean margarita though!”

“This is a fantastic tequila for the money. Strong notes of Agave on the nose yet surprising clean and smooth on the palate. Almost creamy in texture but nice notes of pepper on the finish. There is no loss of Agave flavour either. Highly recommended.”
