Fortaleza Blanco
“Lot 215-B. Clean, outdoorsy aroma, smooth mouth feel. Lightly peppery flavor. Warm, clean, refreshing finish. Tastiest tequila I've had to date. It was 60-ish dollars ($64 maybe?) and well worth it. I've only been drinking it neat and I think that's the way I'm going to continue. (Maybe I'll make at least one minimal margarita before it's all gone).”

“Pleasant aroma, some black pepper on the tongue. Mostly clean flavor. Medium length finish, a little medicinal. 50ml sample. Whether I buy again would depend on the price... I seem to recall it’s fairly pricy. At any rate, if it costs more than Olmeca Altos it is not worth it.”

“Almost... honey? in the aroma. Would like to try in a Glencairn to get a better idea. Flavor is decent, with some burn. Medium length finish, pleasant.”

“Strange note in the aroma. Something sort of "burnt" in the flavor. For me, this one was better on the rocks (one large cube). Probably won't repurchase.”

“I don't know much about tequila yet, but this is my favorite so far of the small number I've tried. The aroma is very appealing, the flavor is nice -- fairly mild but not so smooth as to be boring. Finish is clean and lingers for a little while. (Neat, in a Glencairn)”
