Tequila Mi Campo Blanco
“Aromas are big on the cooked agave, with subtle butterscotch, vanilla, licorice, and minerals. Vanilla leads the flavors, there is some mint and barrel spice underneath layers of agave, with some sour cherry as well. It lingers in the mouth for longer than expected, and feels pretty velvety. Enjoyable, though it’s very up front and in your face at first blush.”

El Tesoro Blanco
“Very prominent nose of agave and vegetal/earthiness. Flavor started out the same, but then brought in some citrus as well. Burn on the finish was minimal, especially for a blanco.”

IXA Reposado
“Smell starts off buttery (touch of butterscotch), fades into pineapple with a touch of agave and sharp smoke. Tastes a little more smoky, with a touch of charcoal, and finishes bitter.”
