The aroma opens with notes of vanilla and oak, accompanied by a subtle hay-like earthiness and lactic funk. Hints of orange citrus, oak, and a faint touch of vinegar creates a layered nose.
On the palate, deep oak saturation takes center stage, entwined with rich earthiness and agave. A fleeting milk chocolate note flickers before giving way to a floral dryness reminiscent of wine. Black pepper and baking spice provide warmth, while dried fruit, caramel, and tangy purple grape add to a noticeable adulterated sweetness. A touch of hazelnut mustiness and floral undertones contribute.
The finish lingers with clinging dried fruit and barrel spice, with a persistent ethyl presence. As the sweet flavors fade, a gentle wine-like dryness is noticeable.

For the price it's fine. Typical barrel notes a little thin, not overly complex about average.

Lots of alcohol on the nose. don't care for it. pallet was okay. Can definitely taste the wine barrels. I think this will be a mixer. Better after opening

Very mellow on the nose, however taste packs a punch. Peppery with a vanilla & Carmel taste. Unbelievable deal at $21.99

Nose: A mellow first impression. Vanilla and chocolate, plus sweet and fruity wine barrel influences. Slightly acidic. A dusting of nutmeg with oranges and apricots.
Flavor: The aromas promised mellow.... But the first sips brought spice and pepper punch. Followed up with sweet agave, a little brininess and more pepper punch. As it sat, chocolate, coffee and vanilla notes re-emerged as secondary flavors. Some oiliness. The trademark La Cofradia funkiness is still in the background. But solid enough.
Finish: This isn’t crazy complex, nor does it have a marathon finish. It is fairly priced and I see newcomers enjoying this.

Aromas of chocolate, fruit (peach?), butterscotch and light straw. Sweet butterscotch taste. A little light in the mouth with a short finish.

I love finding bargain tequilas, this is a gem for the price. Agave notes present all the way through the tasting, rich caramel notes from the oak and a lovely finish. Bueno!!

Probably should give this a 9 or 10 for value but I didn't. Pleasant to sip this as it has agave, caramel, some vanilla along with other barrel notes from the wine. NWAF

The aroma on this is relatively closed and discreet. A bit of milk chocolate and cooked agave is about all. Despite the lackluster aroma, the flavor is much more complete. Opening with a chocolate sweetness a strong cinnamon spice follows with a nice burn. Finish is medium length.

Aroma is approachable with a hint of spice. Flavor is relatively smooth with some bite. The aftertaste is very harsh. Good value, but not a high quality or memorable Tequila.

Mi Campo Reposado has a nose dominant in vanilla. It tastes of vanilla and cooked agave, finishing with a note of pepper and alcohol. It's great in a margarita, and is good enough for occasional sipping. But, it's easily outclassed in the sipping categories by other tequilas. However, that's not an insult. This tequila is a bargain at $25-$28 USD. This has been my default tequila for a few years now.

aroma: honey, banana, spring wildflowers
taste: brown sugar, saline, spinach stem on the end
finish: short, gentle lingering finish of agave, some bitterness before the finish
i love love love mi campo one of the best smelling tequilas, it does not totally translate to the tongue, the taste is driven by a brown sugar sweetness balanced by a saline-ish minerality. I wished the agave was a little more present on the palette. The finish is not as strong as I hope my tequilas will have, but the aroma always pulls me in for another sip. Great value.

As a lot of reviews mention it is not a sipper but it is great for margaritas. I always manage to snag a few bottles when my local discount chain puts it on sale. Has that heat I think you need for margaritas but a vanilla aroma and finish.

First it was the heavy vanilla, and then the lingering spicy notes, and then i didn’t know what to think. Except that this immediately challenges my notion of Milagro being my favorite cheap reposado

Amazing aromas, taste is something left to be desired and the finish is not great. The price point is incredible. It definitely would be great in a cocktail or as a well Reposado pour.
