“Really impressive pour. Nose: Bright citrus, fruit, plenty of cooked agave, and a nice cinnamon sweetness. Palate: Dessert-like from the first sip. Cinnamon, sweet agave, and creamy notes that reminded me of horchata. Very balanced and easy to sip for the proof. Definitely one I would revisit. Sample provided by Agave Swappers and Keith Bogart.”
