“I get cheese on the nose, a little bit of a wet sock musky smell, dried cranberries, raw agave with a little bit of mint on the back end. On the pallet, the high proof makes your tongue tingle with a little heat but not overwhelming. Minerality, vegetal taste with raw agave, peppery spicy finish. Not complicated, but very solid HP.”
