Think its strength like its repo chili infused lies somewhere in mixology. Bartenders are going to have a blast using these in Margaritas. If you want an excellent sipper, try their Blanco. Salud”

“Reposada has just a smidgeon of woody character, could be masked by chili peppers, would recommend more wood aging to balance (change wood or increase time). For hot chili though it’s not bad, not on fire hot but a quality burn. On fence with this one. Try with food pairing to meld profile would also help.”

“High end, specialty Plata coming in at 46% ABV from El Chiqueno fields Amatitan Jalisco by Lagrimas, Del Valle expression. Sweet Agave, Brine & Minerality of deep well water push out white pepper, grapefruit and vanilla notes. This particular Agave from El Chiqueno is pulling a very acidic, mineral from soil same brix 32% as Ocho Plata with less sweetness, which maybe due to deep well water and higher fermentation.”
