Medium amber in the bottle looks a bit manipulated. Aroma of vanilla, cooked agave, peach and banana, an odd combo. Flavor of cooked agave, black pepper and vanilla. Medium finish.

Smell is nice with some oak, vanilla, and probably some artificial sweetner. The taste is sweeter than the anjeo for some reason but it is enjoyable. Vanilla and oak with some agave and alcohol hit at the end. Enjoyable

I like the nose on this repo, it smells like cooked slightly aged agave should smell like. Easy sipper with a nice finish. Good value

Aroma and taste are outstanding! The rep Amanda told us how it is aged for 364 days in French oak barrels. This is a rich and good repo.

Good, but I expected more out of this tequila. Perhaps I was preconditioned since it comes from NOM 1137. Cream soda and strong alcohol on the nose. Finish with a lot of agave, wood and cream.

I find the oak talking over the agave which I’m not a fan of but this is drinkable juice. Really sweet on the back end, I could see how that would win fans.

Although not a fan of celebrity tequilas, this one seems to be done the right way. It has cooked agave as the dominant scent and flavor. Its very vanilla forward with accompanying caramel flavors and scents. This reposado is what you would expect from this sort of partnership. Not bad at all, and not amazing either. Solid entry-level tequila.

Older bottle, Mexican tax stamp from 2008. And a crumbling cork to go with it. Lote 13 from June 9, 2011. Nose: Floral, spicy agave, vanilla and white chocolate. Reminds me of birthday cake with vanilla frosting. Flavor: Rich mouth feel. Caramel apple, vanilla, cinnamon, cloves and pepper. Finish has a tiny musty note. A comfort food sort of feeling with vanilla and pepper coexisting in harmony.

Very unique nose consisting of honeysuckle and sarsaparilla and cream soda aromas. Some agave flavor but disappointing overall because the taste doesn't deliver on the promise of the great nose.

easy smoke on the nose, with caramel sweetness in the back. the butter smell highlights the deep oak. very smooth on the palate where the caramel and butter melt on your tongue. small bits of white pepper spice remind you that you are drinking a mature well made tequila. smooth quick finish, leaving the butter on your tongue. sweet nose, overly ripe peaches. arrival is initially sweet as well, but quickly turns slightly bitter and astringent. becomes more bitter as it finishes, like raw chlorophyll, not pleasant.

Fair aroma, with slight sweet musty smell....pleasant flavor with wood and spice...slightly warm lingering finish.

Chemical on the nose. Big wood, spice with some heat on the mouth. Peanut Butter on the finish.

Aroma: sweetness with hints of spice and nuttiness. Full bodied, complex flavors, dark chocolate bitter/sweet?.

Big, bold, unique and overly sweet aromas of maple syrup, vanilla, wood. Flavors of baked agave, caramel, pepper and baking spices not as sweet as expected. Medium finish.

Tasted blind Nose - Strong wood and char notes. Demonstrably darker than other samples in the group. Taste - Bold in the mouth with strong oak influence and pleasing spice from agave with a hint of bitterness Finish - Long and lingering with some side of tongue numbing

Aromas of ground milk chocolate and vanilla. The flavor carries from aroma to mouth feel. I love it! The finish doesn't disappoint. Those delicious flavors from aroma, to flavor, tofinish, follow through just like you want them to. This is just delicious sipping tequila.

I may end up changing this one. I think it might have to rest.
