Lot 01 | Nose is muted at first pour. Opens up after a bit of time. The wheated barrel is bit is bit over powering the agave. Notes of green Apple vanilla and citrus are present. Palate is barrel forward, cooled agave, minerals and pepper. Finish is briney cooked agave, earthy. Great mouth feel
