Nose: Merlot and burnt sugar rise first, layered over warm agave and a cognac-like richness. Notes of dried fruit, especially fig and pear pull through with a soft floral edge of rose buds and a whiff of pipe tobacco. It’s an elegant and expressive nose, hinting at both sweetness and structure. Palate & Mouthfeel: The agave still shows up, but quickly gives way to deep dried fruit tones - prune and fig dominate. The barrel’s influence pushes strong spice and cinnamon, verging into an astringent, almost tannic territory. What begins as layered and intriguing becomes increasingly sharp and heavy, with sweetness edging toward syrupy. Finish: Bitter and astringent, with lingering barrel spice and fading fruit. The dryness overwhelms what started as promising balance. Final Thoughts: The nose and early palate offered genuine potential - refined, complex, and distinctive. But the palate collapses under heavy barrel influence, leaving a cloying bitterness that dulls what could’ve been something special. Enjoyable to experience once, but not one I’d seek out again.

Typically not a huge fan of Rosas but this stuff is delicious! I’d recommend letting it open up for a few minutes before drinking. The nose has a ton of layers of cherry, berries, cocoa and spices. On the palate I got plum, cherry and chocolate with cooked agave hints. Lots of layers to this and it got better and more complex over a few sips. Nice finish with a hint of sweetness and a little vanilla notes with some subtle black pepper. Overall, really well done by the Yeyo team!

One of the standout tequilas of 2025. The barrel influence adds depth without overshadowing the agave, and it’s so refined that everyone kept asking, “That’s tequila?!” A bottle worth keeping on hand.

For me this is one of the best bottles I’ve had of 2025 and one you should buy plenty of for the bunker. I ran through 3 bottles of this with friends and family and the question they kept repeating was: “that’s tequila?!” Yeah it’s tequila that has showcased their barrels and found a perfect balance with agave still maintaining its integrity. I seriously think this is one of the best of 2025 and I purchased it for 59.99 which in my honest opinions is a steal. You really need to wrap your head around how great this bottle is. A 90 score for me is rare air and that’s what this is!!!

This is one of those tequilas that was phenomenal off the rip but I felt like I was chasing that dragon every subsequent glass. Don’t get me wrong, it’s excellent like every yeyo product I’ve had so far, but I just felt like it became sort of standard 1414 barrel notes after being really good and interesting for the first glass. Notes of maple syrup and wine, with flavors of agave, cherry, and honey. Very smooth for a high proof but a fine finish. The Sol joven still reigns supreme as the best yeyo expression but this certainly isn’t bad

This is just an okay rosa repo. I get cherries and red fruit on the nose. The body is a little weak. And the finish is a little short and dry.

Beautiful nose of agave, barrel spice, dried fruit, cherries. More agave and barrel spice on the palate, butter, plum, cinnamon. A nice, long finish with a little bit of heat that plays with a tannic bite from the wine that’s muted from the barrel spice and butter. This is a really beautiful rosa, and I don’t think there’s a better offering on the market.

This Rosa is by far the best in the market right now. The flavors are so bold, the body is rich, and the balance is stellar.
