On the Nose fresh pop I get cooked agave, a herbal note along with minerality. On the palate I get roasted agave, cinnamon, citrus and a fruit note. Finish is oily and coats the tongue very nice. 90 proof is a perfect proof point for this tequila.

Nose: cooked agave, mint, vegetal, ripe banana Taste: cooked agave, mineral, ripe banana, vegetal Finish: the banana lingers, along with some peppermint Overall: This is a really great tequila, especially for the price. It has notes that remind me of the Valley Blanco, but also has some distinct fruity notes.
