Another example of a brand improving when they change distilleries. This is good stuff. Aromas of pine, mint, earth, hay/straw, wet grass, minerals, and some butterscotch. Flavor hits me with vanilla right away, then some caramel, cinnamon, nuts, and raisins, with a long agave finish. LOVE all the production details on the label! Thank you.

Blast of spearmint on the nose, giving way to a burst of cooked agave on the palate. Nice balance, complex as it opens up over time. Second taste has more nuance, hints of olive, butter, brine, and a nutty earthiness. Finish is oily in a satisfying decrescendo

Vegetal nose. This one on first sip is a sweet agave bomb! Full mouthfeel with a pleasing finish that keeps your taste buds tingling.
