Tried at Aurora Tequila Fest. Very good. Lots of agave and light hints of oak, and vanilla. Some fruits come through as well. Nice mouth feel with a great proof. Loses a few points on value.

Sampled at Aurora Tequila Fest. Really nice. Excellent nose!

Nose: Minerality comes through first, giving it a clear, stony foundation before the agave opens up. There’s a natural sweetness to the agave that sits alongside a measured touch of vanilla, while black pepper adds a bit of lift. Earthy tones and fresh herbal notes follow, with mint keeping things cool and slightly aromatic. The overall impression is clean but layered, with each note settling into place without competing. Palate & Mouthfeel: The texture is light and slick, moving easily across the palate without feeling thin. Sweet agave arrives first, quickly joined by a distinct mineral character that keeps it focused. There’s a vegetal quality underneath that adds depth, while black pepper builds gradually, giving the profile a gentle push without overwhelming the core flavors. Finish: Clean, crisp, and clear. The agave and mineral notes taper off naturally, leaving a refreshed palate with a subtle hint of pepper lingering just long enough. Final Thoughts: Easy to drink and well put together. The minerality and agave stay front and center the whole way, and nothing really gets in the way of that. Straightforward, but done right.
