Nose: Bright cooked agave jumps out immediately, joined by citrus zest, honey, and a mineral edge. Subtle notes of cinnamon, black pepper, and a hint of salinity make it lively and inviting. Taste: Medium-light body with a rich, oily texture that coats the palate. Roasted agave leads the way, followed by jalapeño spice, black pepper, and a touch of honey and soft oak from the reposado blend. The champagne yeast fermentation adds a subtle effervescence, bringing brightness and balance. Finish: Clean, sweet, and lingering. Agave and pepper intertwine beautifully, leaving a vibrant, complex impression that feels alive and satisfying.
