Immediate response is this is sharp and clean. Black pepper, roasted agave, hint of almond. This tequila will easily have mass appeal if it can find a way into consumers hands. I’m a fan.
Agave and cinnamon on the nose. On the palate, agave and cinnamon and floral notes. Sweet tasting and great finish. Great budget tequila that you should have on your shelf
Light agave on nose nothing overwhelming, but lots of Lime/citrus & agave notes on pallet, very sweet & citrusy, nice mouthfeel, very good sipper for price
Aroma/Taste: On the nose, this Blanco Tequila offers very sweet aromas of cherry, plum, and cooked agave. There are also delightful notes of tropical fruit, particularly pineapple. The taste introduces a mix of black pepper and anise, adding a spicy and slightly sweet complexity to the flavor profile. Finish: The finish is vegetal, with savory hints of rosemary and black tea and medicinal notes of anise. It's a good finish that sticks around for a while, leaving a lasting impression. Overall: Tasted blind, this tequila is well-balanced. While I preferred the aroma over the finish, I would definitely revisit it.
Blind tasted with TMM. Strong bubble gum aroma that cares through a bit lighter on the flavor with a slight bitter but fast finish. This wasn’t for me, but maybe I need to revisit.
TMM Blind Tasting:2025 Aroma brings tropical fruit, gentle anise, and a touch of light yeast. On the palate, lime citrus leads with vegetal and herbaceous tones, cooked agave, ethyl, and grassy freshness. Dill, thin tangy fruit, thyme, anise, and a hint of brine. The finish is short, leaving citrus, spice, subtle brine, and light cooked agave.
Muted aroma compared to the blanco, the roasted agave is present in the background along with some vanilla. Flavour is light, balanced and proportionate, the best quality of this is definitely the finish….it completely evaporates 3/4 palette and makes you reach for your next step.
