The 42% is a nice sipper! Cooked agave and pepper with some minerals.
Cooked agave is there, but at 35.5% ABV it’s too soft for me. I’m sure the smoothness is exactly what some may prefer.

Very similar to the 42%, but with more intensity on the aromas and flavors. Not hot for 50%. I let this one open up before tasting.
