Light aroma of cooked agave and grass. Flavor of cooked agave and black pepper. Medium finish.

Old school, agave forward, a tad too boozy for anytime consumption but this brand has a special place in my heart!

Nose: Fruit, floral and agave nose. Trace cinnamon and mint. A little smokiness. Flavor: Heavy hit of pepper on the palate with some sweet agave, and a hint of vanilla and anise. Vegetal and grassy. Just no focused flavors coming through. Finish: Medium pepper burn and bitterness.

I have tried this Tequila After visting the destillery. It‘s Not far away from Fortaleza. It was a nice destillery tour and I enjoyed the tequila.

This tequila started well for me but lost me on the finish. Nose- agave, sweetness with herbal, grassy notes. Alcohol not overbearing. Palate- very sweet, agave forward followed by an acidic, metallic taste…. It becomes a little bitter but I pick up some pepper mid plate to the finish. I would say medium to medium-thin mouthfeel. But then acidic quality persists. Finish is medium to long. agave is there but then becomes unbalanced to me. It fades into a lingering bitter coating on my tongue . Not the notes I want to end on.

Mexican 40% abv. version, lote: LK1722A20818, bottled on 22-11-2017, tasted on 3-22-24. Aroma: cooked agave with a hint of sweetness, light green vegetal notes, light anise, light acidity, light citrus, slight herbaceous. Palate: confirms aromas perceived, good sweet sour and acidic balance, light aromatic green vegetal notes. Finish is medium to long, light sweet cooked agave, light green vegetal notes with light acidic notes persist.

Nice sweeter smell. Nice on the pallet with flavours. Smooth finish.

Really smooth, not to peppery but has a little spice. Great easy drinking Blanco.

It’s a nice blanco, not a special one. A little ethanol on the nose, nice agave, a slight bit harsh on the finish. Overall a pretty tasty sipper.

Seems like a very common tequila swing. Alcohol doesn't feel strong, so it may be for beginners.

The aroma is cooked agave and grass. I can almost get a preview of the mouthfeel because I sense water. The mouthfeel is watery with some more agave and pepper. The finish is short leaving a bit of lip tingling if you let this linger. There is some late burn mid chest. I was not an immediate fan but by the 3rd sip it opened a bit and I appreciate what it is. It has more agave than I originally gave it credit for. I like the more agave. From a distillery that can make a good product ( Excellia/Flecha) and also makes some poor juices (names not important). This would be a mid level product. I have a coworker who would love to shoot this. (He’s a barbarian) It may be your favorite (because you are classier than my friend). Worth a try but I think you will grow past this.

Great vegetal agave right in the aromas. Along with some citrus. The taste has a pepper heat with cooked agave and some earthiness. It finishes with a buttery vanilla citrus.

aroma: a hint of earth soil, grassy fresh plan. taste : sweet and smooth sensation of milky flow finished with citrus spirit.

Aroma: grassy agave. Slightly sweet and white pepper. Very tasteful. Agave Lingering finish but smooth down the throat.

There is a vegetal aroma which is not what I expected. Can’t decide if I like it. Same aroma is present in the flavor, but I can’t name it. Feels good. Little agave pepper there. The finish is easy, light alcohol burn, aroma still there. Wish I could say differently, but don’t think I’d recommend it or buy it again. At least it’s clearly not sweetened or any of those shenanigans.

First glass at tasting. Good for mix drink.
