“2024 from El Zapotito Estate. Tried 7/30/26. Very light coloring. vanilla and subtle fruitiness. Hint of Sweet cinnamon. Still good amount of agave in the nose but lighter and more mellow. On the palate same as smell, sweetness, vanilla and cinnamon that moves into a Mild spice mid palate. Agave still present. Finish was shorter than expected but clean. Overall really enjoyable in my champagne flute! ”

“ good aroma, cooked agave, a little minty, On the palate, Medium mouthfeel, agave, minerals, olive, brine. Zesty Medium Finish. Was decent to sip after letting mellow for 15-20 min. Actually enjoyed it better with some ginger beer and lime for a Mexico mule. ”

“Aroma- I got a lot of fruits, some vanilla, sweet. Agave was present but weak. Taste- mellow, sweet. Some Alcohol burn. Faint oak. Finish was fairly short. This was not offensive but i found it lacking . This is my first cristalino- I don’t know what they are going for with this. Glad to try it but I don’t need to spend money on this. ”

“Yes, but……. On the nose, some cooked agave, sweet vanilla, cinnamon, oak - Palate got vanilla, oak, caramel, whipped cream- I got a hint of pepper otherwise no spice. Finish - agave did not last. The agave is overtaken at the end with the sweet vanilla, syrupy feel. Although it tastes good and is approachable, To me, this tastes and smells and feels fake. Overly sweet and overpriced. You’re paying for the brand and status. If you don’t mind dropping the $$ for this experience go for it. It’s not for me- I like the complex flavors of agave and this drowns that out. ”

“Great aroma, cooked agave, citrus. On the palate, sweet, mineral, agave. Citrusy with Hint of pepper on back end. Long finish. Definitely good to sip on but felt it was not as complex as others at that price point. ”
