“Aroma of orange peel, cinnamon, and agave. Taste is smooth with agave and orange peel that transitions into a finish of wood and cinnamon that is pretty smooth. ”

“Good aroma of grass, agave, and lemongrass. Taste is pleasant with a nice combination of vanilla, agave, lemongrass, orange peel. Finish is smooth with a building burn that is still very nice.”

“Pretty standard aroma of agave, cinnamon, and alcohol. Taste starts mellow with agave, vanilla, cinnamon and grass that transitions into a finish that starts smooth but ends with a slight bite. ”

“Toro de Lidia is a solid brand all around. The Repo is fairly average on aroma with hints of agave and oak. The flavor is very pleasant though with oak, vanilla and agave. Very smooth finish with just a bit of lingering burn. Great tequila for it's value but can be hard to find widespread. ”

“This tequila is all over the place. After 3 tries, I've had 3 different taste impressions. The aroma sorta smells like tequila but has that cocoa influence, which I don't think compliment each other (like how the jalapeno flavors do). When I assess the flavors, I am forced to split it into tequila and cocoa. The tequila flaver isn't very good, it's harsh and doesn't mix with the cocoa flavor, which isn't too bad; however I don't think the flavors go together very well. The finish is harsh with a lot of burn. Unlike the jalapeno varieties, I can't see tgis going well in very many cocktails wither. If you want to try something really different, you can give this a shot. But I won't drink very much more of this. ”

“Tasted at Verde's annual Tequila Fest. Very impressive tequila. Initial sweet aroma of caramel and vanilla with a pronounced alcohol smell. Flavor is very nice, sweet initial flavor of vanilla, caramel, floral and cinnamon. Very smooth finish with nice floral after taste. Hard to find outside of New York though. ”

“Really good tequila. Aroma has some grassy, sweet notes but a bit of a burn on the nose. Flavor has an initial hit of sweetness that transitions into grassy, agave, cinnamon, vanilla that then finishes sweet again with nice smoothness. Got as part of a package deal, so value was good. ”

“Very nice Blanco, basic aroma followed by a sweet initial flavor of vanilla, cloves and fruit. Pretty nice finish as well but not as smooth as some others. ”

“Impressive Tequila. Very powerful aroma of agave, wood, vanilla and spice. Likewise, very powerful initial flavor of agave, vanilla, cinnamon/spice that pleasantly transitions to a smooth finish. Beautiful bottle as well. Great tequila. ”

“Very interesting tasting. Aroma is strong in alcohol but behind that is intense sweetness of vanilla and orange. Flavor is similar with a powerful initial burst of flavor of vanilla, agave and orange accompanied by burn. Somewhat harsh finish but good añejo for the price point. ”

“Smooth aroma of grass and wood with some cinnamon. Good flavor of cinnamon, vanilla, oak, and anise. Smooth finish with lingering licorice (but in a good way cause usually I don't like licorice). My favorite of the "big 3."”

“A pleasant surprise of a tequila. Not as good as the top shelf tequilas but for the price ($13) it is well worth it. Decent aroma of agave and slight vanilla. Taste isn't very bold but not bad. Finish isn't harsh, but not smooth either. For the price, it is well worth getting to have as a mixer and occasional sipper. ”
