“A woody and mostly dry traditional tewuila that is well grounded and mature for a repasado. Appearance: bright straw-yellow, with violet nuance. Smell: mild agave and sweet vanilla, with perception of newly cut wood, grassy herbs and fall fruits. Taste: soft and mildly sweet tequila with multiple fruit flavors, and vanilla. Light heat that fades quickly. Finish: dry wood and vanilla, with a reappearance of cooked agave and earth.”
