Siempre Tequila Añejo (1438)

“I can't say I dislike this anejo. Colour in the glass is appealing, and the aroma does not overpower with sweetness for me. Flavour starts with a big hit of sweet but it settles on the tongue with some heat, a little agave in there and a lingering finish. Lower score in value for 100 bucks in Ontario. I'll drink it again.”

“Such a unique tequila! Very light tone in the glass, beautiful aroma of cooked agave and herbal with subtle barrel aging coming through. Flavour is peppery upfront with the natural sweetness of the aging process in the background. Decent heat and a lingering finish. Light notes of sweetness all the way through to remind me I'm drinking an anejo. Great value in Canada. ”

“This is definitely one of my favourites. Aroma has cooked agave, brine, rainwater, and a little pepper, very inviting. Flavour is full of minerality, grassiness, cooked agave and a little heat. Finish is a peppery sweet heat that finishes each sip perfectly. Can't go wrong here.”

“I love this stuff. Great value in Ontario for a truly awesome Anejo. Lots of spice, heat and cooked agave on the nose. Flavour is similar with some added spice, cherry, and whisky notes. Spicy, decently lengthy finish with a little burn. Agave throughout! ”

“This is everything I have come to love in a Blanco. Cooked agave and pepper on the nose. Balanced agave and pepper flavours coming out with good complexity in the background. Comfortable burn and lasting finish. I was expecting a little more heat from the high abv but it's just perfect.”
